HOW IT WORKS
-Applicants must fill out the referral’s First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number upon completion of the application online.
-Bonuses are paid only for qualified referrals who meet our hiring criteria, accept an assignment or career position, and fulfill the terms of that assignment or career position.
-For each referral that gets hired, you will receive up to a $100 bonus after they complete their first 480 hours of billable time (or $50 dollars for 240 hours for Event Security positions). Payments will not be released until the referral has completed the hours of billable time.
-You DO NOT have to be a South Sound Staffing Associate to participate.
-There’s no limit to how much money you can earn!
-South Sound Staffing does not guarantee employment to any individual and reserves the right to change these program rules at any time. Certain restrictions apply.
Who can I refer?
Do you know a company facing staffing challenges? You can earn more by introducing us to Hiring Managers, HR executives, or internal recruiters whom you know personally at companies that utilize staffing agencies like us!
-Job candidates will be considered referrals only if they are not already in the South Sound Staffing applicant tracking system database.
-The employee must work at least 480 hours as full time employees or 240 hours for event security positions to qualify for the referral bonus.
-If the person referred has already applied for a position with any South Sound Staffing Services, they are not eligible for this program.
-Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, South Sound Staffing will honor the first referring party only. Only one bonus paid per person referred.
-We’re always interested in finding talented employees with expertise in the following areas: Manual Labor, Warehouse, Forklift, Clerical & Administrative, and Customer Service.
